Led the development of Huma Hire, an online employment marketplace that enables hiring teams to use crowdsourcing to recruit more effectively. The platform supports project management, candidate workflows, and collaboration between recruiters and job owners.

Contribution

• Led the project from planning through delivery for an online employment marketplace built around crowdsourced recruitment
• Built and coordinated the hiring team, selected appropriate tools and languages, and managed weekly meetings and collaboration with the business owner
• Established the frontend foundation with Next.js and contributed to the Golang base code
• Configured the development and deployment infrastructure to support the product team
